Delete Your Account

This page explains how to request permanent deletion of your Vasowin account and the data associated with it. You can do this whether or not you still have the app installed.
How to request deletion
There are two ways to delete your account:
- From inside the app: open Settings → Delete Account and confirm.
- By email: send a request to flox.studio@proton.me from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my Vasowin account". This option works even if you have already uninstalled the app.
We may ask you to confirm the request from the email address on file before we proceed, so that no one else can delete your account.
What gets deleted
When we process your request, we permanently delete your personal data, including:
- Your account and login credentials (email).
- Your profile and any display name.
- Your therapy progress — completed exposure levels, self-reported SUDS anxiety ratings, and session history.
- Cached media references and in-app preferences tied to your account.
Your personal data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days. We retain only the minimum data required by law (for example, transaction records needed for tax or audit purposes) for the statutory retention period, and anonymized, aggregate analytics that cannot be linked back to you.
Before you delete: cancel your subscription
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. If you have a premium subscription, please cancel it separately in your Google Play subscription settings before requesting deletion, otherwise Google may continue to bill you.
